Jo is particularly interested in the link between stress and ill-health and believes everyone is striving for balance in their lives. She uses nutritional therapy to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms, by addressing underlying causes and correcting imbalances that may have arisen. Jo spent three years as the executive health adviser for The Spa Resorts in Koh Samui, during which time she helped thousands of people through cleansing and detoxification programs, as well as running her private nutrition practice. Jo is also a qualified yoga teacher. Jo aims to help her clients find their own inner health potential and guides them to make choices in harmony with their current situation.
