Our classes at The Spa Resorts are Hatha Yoga classes with Iyengar influences.  Iyengar Yoga (named after its creator Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar) is meant for all and is a way of life.

The twice daily, morning Yoga classes (8.45am at the Spa Beach and 11am at the Spa Village) are 90 minutes in duration and taught by a team of 4 different teachers headed by Mike Cooper (over 10 years teaching experience) and Lieve Powell (over 20 years teaching experience).

Qi Gong (Chinese for “Energy Mastery”) is an ancient physical discipline that uses deliberate movement, slow breathing and mental concentration. Private Classes available. Tai Chi (Private Classes available)
