Pilates focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced, injury free and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Many doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists recommend Pilates to their patients.
This mind body system of exercise also improves flexibility, co-ordination, strength, balance, muscle tone and teaches an awareness of the breath and alignment of the body.
Louise Thomas has been very active in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 22 years. She holds a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies from Bedfordshire University, is an OCR Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor and also holds the British Wheel of Yoga Diploma. She is one of our resident teachers at Spa Chiangmai.
All abilities and levels of experience are welcome at the retreat. Classes are designed to be multi level so the student can choose the appropriate level for them.

These 2 & 3 Bedroom homes feature full kitchens. They sleep 2-6 people and offer all the amenities of a 5 star deluxe residence.
The 2 br Duplex 118 Sq.meters. Two Sharing 12,925 Baht each. Four Sharing 10,413 Baht each
The 3 br Villa 260 Sq.meters. Two Sharing 16,675 Baht each. Four Sharing 12,288 Baht each Six Sharing 8,600 Baht each.
