You’ll practice in the open 18 meter octagon Retreat Sala with breathtaking views of the rolling Chiang Mai hills this can accommodate up to 40 students.
Each day will incorporate 4 hours daily yoga practice, daily meditation 1 hr. and pranayama; During the day there will be plenty of time to rest, reflect, explore the nearby spectacular wonders of Chiang Mai or simply enjoy the beautiful facilities The Spa Chiang Mai has to offer which include the Bamboo Spa massage, Thai Herbal Steam Room, 2 Far Saunas, a Tea House, a Tennis Court, 2 Swimming Pools, a Putting Green, Thai Bocce Ball Bowling Court, Jogging/Exercise Loop and unlimited miles of walking or bicycling trails. Each full day will include the above facilities, a daily Herbal steam or Far sauna and a massage plus 2 delicious meals at the award winning "Radiance" Restaurant, breakfast and a evening meal, specializing in vegetarian and raw food cuisine, prepared with fresh organic and local ingredients. The first day you'll enjoy an evening meal and 8th day breakfast before you leave. Option is a Raw Food Class @ a special 1200 Baht
