This gentle Detox Program works by resting the colon for a few days therefore removing residues of past dietary habits and providing natural energy & vitamins from juices and supplements. Included in this package are daily Yoga classes to support this process. This 4 day fast includes 1 day at the start and 1 day at the end to enjoy healthy eating from our Fasters Menu.

1st half The Detox:

What's included in your first 4 days of Detox:

• A pre-cleanse talk on the night before you start, assistance during.Daily DVD discussions on cleansing, nutrition and good health. Use of our health research Library.
• (7.30am) morning 1 hr meditation daily
• (8:45am) morning 1 1/2 hr Yoga daily
• Three times daily intestinal cleansers & herbal nutrition tablets (20 caps per day)
• 3 specially prepared Detox drinks daily, 1 flora grow capsule daily, instruction on how to do a colema board colon cleanse. once a day colon cleansing using our "colema board" enema system your own personal colema tip + lubricating gel

• daily: 2 liver flush drinks, 2 veggie broth soups, 1 carrot juice & 1 coconut water.
• a special replacement lactobacteria/acidophilus implant enema to break the fast.

What's included in your 2nd 4 days:
Enjoy the true meaning of "Living Healthy" learn to prepare gourmet Raw Food. Spend to next 4 days learning these amazing new gourmet Raw fare delights from the top Raw food chef in Thailand.

You'll be given a 30 minute introduction to our "Five Habit System to Longevity" and "Why Raw Foods" with a featured film Food Matters.

Your days will include the wonderful daily activity options above.

A Daily Thai herbal steam or Far Sauna and a Massage to take whenever you wish.

Each day: At 1:00pm-3:00pm  "Raw Food Preparation", a lively and interactive class will begin. You'll learn 2 main dishes and a raw soup. This session will end at 3:00pm to enjoy your own delicious Raw Food. After lunch you are invited to use our facilities incl. Steam Room, Far Sauna, Swimming Pool.  Included is a Daily Thai herbal steam or Far Sauna to take whenever you wish and a Thai massage.
