FIRST ARRANGE TO GET TO BANGKOK.
THEN TO KOH SAMUI ISLAND...
BANGKOK AIRWAYS . BANGKOK - SAMUI . 4,700 Baht each way.
From baggage claim at the Samui Airport just ask the "Limo" van to Lamai Beach to go to The Spa Resort. approx. 200 Baht..... or Spa Village ("Spa Boon Cow") approx. 250 Baht.
BANGKOK AIRWAYS . PHUKET - SAMUI . 2,600 bht each way (approx.)
Air Asia Bangkok to Surat Thanee – 1,400 Baht each way but, you must then take a connecting bus (& ferry) to Samui (600bht). We would recommend you to take the 10:50am flight gets you on the island by early afternoon
TRAINS . combination tickets (train, bus & ferry) bring you, eventually, to your beach of choice. Trains depart Bangkok 08.05am, arriving in Phunpin (Surat) between 16.30pm.
The last two trains (19.30pm & 10.50pm) are not sleepers, so book early to avoid an uncomfortable night! All trains are met with buses connecting to the ferries, and you'll be whisked away on a kamikaze ride to Donsak, perhaps regretting that you were too stingy to pay the extra for the flight. All going well you'll be grabbing your spot on the beach by noon. Most travel agents (in Bangkok) handle train arrangements, or go to Hualamphong Station in Bangkok.

BUS . air-conditioned buses depart regularly (almost every hour) from Bangkok's southern bus terminal from 8am till 9pm . fares are approx. 1,200 Baht all the way to Samui (includes ferry)
Getting to Koh CHANG
By car
From Bangkok , Drive on Bang Na-Trat Highway or Motorway to Chonburi, Klaeng, and proceed to Trat province about 315 kilometers to Lam-ngob district to take ferry to Koh Chang at the Center Point Pier . The ferry takes 30 – 40 minutes .When you reach Koh Chang please tune left for 16 kms to the Salak-kok bay and welcome to the SPA Koh Chang resort.
By bus
Take air-conditioned buses from either Ekamai at the cost of 241 baht or from Morchit, 260 baht to Trat. Then take the minibus to salakkok from Wat Klang (Trat department store)to the resort at the cost of 120 baht (ferry ticket included)
Time wat klang minibus schedule 10 am ,12am, 3pm in week day, 12 am ,3pm in weekend
The other way from Trat to Koh Chang is take the local bus(song taew)to Lam-ngob at the center point ferry pier and get every hour ferry to Koh Chang
Or you can take the Express bus from Ekkamai to Lamngob Twice a day
7.45 am and 9.45 am. To the Center point ferry pier then you can catch the ferry 40 minutes to Koh Chang
after you arrive Koh Chang please contact the SPA Koh Chang directly by the phone number 039-553091 -093 fax 039 553093 or 089 144 2227 we will arrange taxi to pick you up from piers to the SPA cost 350 baht/person/trip ,Local taxi will charge you more as the private trip.

By plane
Trat airport owned and operated by Bangkok Airways, is located on the mainland near Lam Ngob . the plane take 40 minutes from Bangkok to Trat.
From 28 th October 2006 there will three daily flights to Trat. Leaving Bangkok at 8.30am, 2.40pm.,and 5.00pm. And leaving Trat to Bangkok at 10.00am.,4.00pm..7.00pm. You can contact www.bangkokair.com or phone number +66 39 525767-8 at Trat airport.
You have to arrange Round trip transfer from the airport to The Spa Koh Chang Resort for 1,000 Baht /person / round trip,500 baht / one trip . included ferry tickets (Recommended: cause the SPA is in the quiet part eastern side of the island local taxi will charge you as a private trip) Which can be reserved at the time you make your room reservation.
