Before the Cleanse

 We advise you do a Pre-cleanse fast to prepare your body for all Cleansing fasts. Eat mostly raw foods (sala ds & fruits), lots of vegetables & drink plenty of water. Plus drink Liver Flush Drinks twice each day, a.m. and p.m.

In a blender add extra virgin olive oil- 2 tablespoons or up to a third of a cup, with fresh lemon juice-about 1-2 thirds cup, garlic 3-5 cloves, ginger 1-knob, cayenne pepper half gram & top up with freshly squeezed orange juice. Pour into high-ball glass, drink and enjoy.

Avoid heavy proteins, white breads, cakes, sugar & other highly processed foods as well as coffee, alcohol & soft drinks. Plenty of vegetable & fruit juices are best. We suggest you eat and drink alkaline-forming foods such as: all fresh fruits, raw vegetables & juices, salad greens, sprouts, apple cider vinegar, dates, dried apricots, dried figs, grapefruit, melons, raisins, millet, molasses, lima beans and lentils.

When booking your accommodation, time permitting, please allow a few days before your fast date and a few days after to correctly break your fast. 10-14 days are optimal to enjoy the After-Cleanse menu at Radiance Restaurant.
