Yoga with Neil
Neil teaches a gentle, yet invigorating form of classical Hatha (Sivananda-inspired) yoga at the Spa resort. He is interested in the connection between meditation and yoga, and likes to employ simple meditative techniques in his teaching, making each class deeply relaxing, yet also energizing, balancing, and powerful. The classes are suitable for all levels, and for those people on the cleansing programs. As an experienced faster and yoga teacher, Neil understands the benefits of combining these practices, and looks forward to assisting and advising people in their yoga practice.
