Meditation
Guided meditation is complimentary to all of our guests. Mindfulness with breathing awareness is offered in our Yoga salas or at the local wat (temple). Most practitioners practice a blend of Buddhist Vipassana meditation. Every morning at 7:30am at the Cloud nine Sala.
Meditation Retreats
We now offer a 9 day meditation retreat at The Spa Resort Chiang Mai. Beginning on April 6th 2012 for nine days enjoy and learn the techniques and the teachings of the Buddhist philosophy.
Jogging & Hiking at The Spa & Vicinity
Run on our joggers course in Chiang Mai or explore the beautiful hiking trails through lush hill-side terrain.
Outdoor Training
Exercise loop and jogging track with 10 workout stations. Develop a morning or evening routine to burn the fat or just keep you healthy.
Power Plate & Turbo Sonic
Vibrational, acceleration equipment. This state-of-the-art exercise machine is an excellent compliment to cleansing.
